AMD is launching a new AM4 CPU, Ryzen 7 5700X3D, at CES 2024. It is a lower-binned variant of the 5800X3D and features 8 cores (Zen 3) clocked at a base clock of 3GHz and a boost of up to 4.1GHz.
The 5700X3D will 3D stack an L3 cache die atop the 8-core CCD, increasing the LLC to 96MB (32MB + 64MB) and the overall cache buffer to 100MB.
The Ryzen 7 5700X3D will cost somewhere between $250 and $300.
AMD will hold its CES 2024 keynote on January 8 at 23:00 GMT.
